REDWOOD HIGH SCHOOL GRAD NITE 2026

Wednesday, May 20 - Thursday, May 21, 2026

TRIP DETAILS

Departure: Wednesday, May 20 at 6:00 AM from Student Parking Lot
Return: Thursday, May 21 at approximately 6:00 AM

Includes: Park Hopper ticket (Disneyland & California Adventure) + charter bus transportation

COST & PAYMENT

Total Cost: $340 per person (cash preferred; credit cards accepted with additional fees)

Payment Options:

  • Pay in full on 2/9/26, OR
  • Payment plan: $100 deposit on 2/9/26, then follow payment schedule (see back of this page)

Important: Refunds can be issued for emergency purposes. Must speak with RHS Administrator.

TICKET PURCHASE

When: Monday, February 9, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Where: RHS Gym
Required: Permission slip must be turned in at time of purchase

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

You must be a current Redwood senior with:

  • Good academic standing (passing all classes needed for graduation with C or higher)
  • Good citizenship and behavior 
  • 94% attendance on 2/9/26 (purchase date) AND maintained through 5/20/26 (trip date)

Check your attendance in the attendance office or on the list outside the admin building

IMPORTANT RULES & INFORMATION

Departure Day:

  • Report to bus loading zone at 6:00 AM and Buses depart at 6:30 AM sharp
  • Mandatory search by school administrators before boarding and Disney officials will also conduct searches upon arrival

More information will be provided to Grad Nite Ticket Holders before May 20th

PAYMENT PLAN RULES

Required Deposit:

  • $100 deposit must be paid on February 9, 2026 at time of ticket purchase
  • Permission slip must be turned in with deposit

Payment Options:

  • Cash only for payment plan     

Payment Deadlines:

  • All payments must be made on or before the due date and final payment must be received by May 1, 2026

Late Payment Consequence:

  • If any payment is not made on time, student will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist

Important Reminders:

  • All sales are final - no refunds after purchase
  • You must maintain 94% attendance through the trip date (5/20/26)
