Complete this form if you have completed a Driver's Ed course during your College and Careers Class at Redwood High School. You must be 15 years and 4 months old to request the pink slip.  It will take 2 days to generate your Pink Slip.  You can come to the Redwood Counseling Office after school within 2 days of completing this form and ask for Ms. Cisneros.
